Concannon, Miller & Co.'s expertise comes from a long history of being the firm of choice for businesses in the Lehigh Valley going back to the 1920s.

Our success grows through hiring the best and brightest and continuously cultivating their knowledge and expertise, while being in tune with a business environment that requires us to adapt and embrace change.

We've adopted practices from other industries—such as value stream mapping from the manufacturing arena—and used it to streamline our operational processes. We contracted with an outside organization to conduct a client satisfaction survey (which resulted in a 97% satisfaction rating) and responded to areas for improvement by hiring 13 new staff members, implementing a new electronic workflow strategy, and taking other steps for success.

We're committed to making a difference in the communities where we live and work. By fostering a community of caring, our firm encourages team members to not only focus on developing their professional acumen but their personal being as well. Our staff enthusiastically serves on nonprofit boards, participates in various fundraisers throughout the year, and performs regular volunteer work.
