A Three-Step Process
To Andrea Lee Brady, meeting the needs of her clients is a three-step process: (1) She thoroughly learns the client’s business; (2) She exchanges all applicable knowledge; and (3) She anticipates and responds to the client’s needs. Throughout this process, she says, always remembering to communicate is essential.
Stick to Your Gut
Andrea also believes that sticking to your gut feeling (your first instincts are usually accurate) is important, both in and out of the office.
A Variety of Activities
Though she is self-described as “career-driven,” Andrea does enjoy a variety of activities in her personal life. She is an avid horseback rider and reader (although she has yet to read a book twice), and she is fond of vacationing in Turks and Caicos. She also follows Penn State football.
Andrea describes her husband as the most influential person in her life and says her friends would describe her as loyal and honest.
Andrea has been with Concannon, Miller & Co. since 2002.
