Concannon, Miller & Co., P.C. is searching for a Part Time Full-Charge Bookkeeper in their Bethlehem, PA location. In this role, you will work with various customers and will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, monthly account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, tax services (i.e. sales & use tax), preparation of 1099s, and preparation of fixed asset schedules.

If you have the following, then they want to hear from you:

  • Experience as a full-charge bookkeeper
  • Experience with QuickBooks (desktop and online versions) and MS Office
  • QuickBooks Pro Advisor knowledge is a plus! (They will pay for your certification on this if you don’t have it.)
  • TSheets experience is a plus
