Jess is a 1999 graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He joined Abraham Borda in 2001 and became a shareholder in 2017. He joined Concannon Miller in October 2020.
He is a board member of the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley. Outside of work he enjoys hiking, biking, golf, bowling, tennis and spending time with family.
